Mindfull Runner here - From my experience - try to smile while running - use it as a method to let go - to be in the moment - to be in flow. Run at a comfortable speed and maybe take a few walking breaks in between. Walk the last 10 min and take a warm shower after a 20min Cool down. Following these will give you much more joy and balance and thats also what quite a few miss while running because they use the wrong technique and mindset. Get out and start exploring your true power and potential. 🤍.

One of the most charismatic men in the world. So easy going, funny and ellegant. What is more, he chooses to dress up even when he doesn´t need to, which is not common nowadays. Only minority of people do that and they are right. There is not a better feeling, than wearing a proper fitting suit enjoying it with a glass of martini or whisky. It must be big pleasure to drink and have a conversation with this man. I also like to dress up, but don´t have any friend like this in my country, so I am planning to visit London and meet new like minded people. Traditional people are great to me.
